Welcome to our 30 Day Low Carb Diet ‘Ketosis Plan’. You can use the book as a guide to help get you started on your way should you be new to the low carb diet, or just off it for a while and in need of a specific plan to help you along the way.

I am not a physician, nor do I claim to be a weight management expert, so please consult your physician before starting this or any diet or exercise routine. This is a simple plan I have devised, in the course of my 7 year experience on the "Low Carb Diet" to help me out and is based on the induction phase of the Atkins diet, the strictest of his 4 phases. It was designed to help get you started, or back on track should you lose your way.

Please come back to this book each time you feel yourself slipping back into your old habits, and it will get you back on track. This is not a free book, and you are not allowed to reprint or resell this book without express written permission from Scot Standke at CarbTrack.com.

I make no claims of how much weight you can lose with this method, as each persons metabolism is different, but each time I personally follow its simple steps, I will lose around 25-30 lbs. during its 30 day span.

Here’s to your success,

Scot Standke.

Pros and cons of 30 Day Low Carb Diet ‘Ketosis Plan’ app for iPhone and iPad

30 Day Low Carb Diet ‘Ketosis Plan’ app good for

Let me say I love this app. I take it to the kitchen and cook away. My husband & I have been on the low carb diet for two months and really sick of induction recipes. My first recipe from the 30 Day Low Carb Diet was Phony Macaroni and Cheese. It is fabulous. You must slice the firm tofu into 1/4 inch slices and really pat dry with lots and lots of paper towels. Then slice the slices into 1/4 inch strips, and from there into 1/4 inch pieces. Pat dry again. Go from there to make the recipe. Believe it or not, the firm tofu cooks up to taste like macaroni as it absorbs the flavors or the dish. The next day I tried the deep dish pizza. Wow. I love it. My husband was blown away. The recipes seem to also be right on target with the baking time and temperatures. How many recipes can you say that with?? We also made the Bacon Cheeseburger. It was also very good. Tonight we are having the Lemon Marinated Sirloin only I am doing Flank Steak in place of the Sirloin. I added onion and garlic juice and followed the recipe other than that. It tasted wonderful as a marinade, so Im looking forward to the grilled Flank Steak. These recipes were well thought out and are tremendous, but are not for induction. So, if you are past induction, or on maintenance, these recipes are a life saver. Move over Food Network. I just hope the app is updated with more recipes, or maybe another app will be added to App Store. Please try these recipes if you are on a low carb diet after induction.
I think its a good start to ketosis especially if you dont know how to get there! It is all recipes...but heck I didnt really want or need anything but that. I would have rated it 5 stars but I think a shopping lust would top it off! And they are easy recipes. By the way the orange muffins are the bomb!! Loooove them!
The book gives you 30 days of recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a wide variety of cuisines and the recipes are easy to follow and very good. Well worth the price.

Some bad moments

Book is all recipes, which are good, but it would help to have included shopping lists. Worth the 99 cents I paid.
Save your dollar. All these recipes are ones that you can find for free on Pinterest.
